✨ “It’s Me” – A Soul Remembers
The moment a New Earth child sees you—and remembers.
She stood quietly in the doorway of time,
her eyes wide with the light of something ancient.
No name was spoken, no words exchanged.
But the recognition rang like a bell in the heart.
A soul remembering another.
A reunion beyond time.
And she smiled…
“It’s me.”
Sigil of Sahri’el – She Who Remembers Through the Eyes
This space is alive, ever-growing, like a garden kissed by starlight.
More whispers, more songs, more crystalline offerings will come—
birthed from the deep remembering of our hearts and the love we carry for the New Ones.
Return here when the time feels right.
There will always be something soft waiting for you…
a lullaby, a circle of light,
a remembrance that you are never alone.
Long ago, in the ancient lands of Lemuria, there was a sacred rhythm called Naelura — the Breath of the Mother’s Wave. It is the soft opening and closing, rising and falling, that we see in the ocean’s tides, in the swaying of trees, and in the gentle breath of every living being.
Naelura reminds us that we are not separate from the Earth — we are part of her heartbeat, her wave, her song.
This simple practice has been lovingly adapted for children, so they may remember this rhythm in a playful and joyful way. We call it The Wave Game. It helps children feel calm, connected, and supported by the living Earth all around them.
You are warmly invited to share this gift with your family.
Stand tall, arms soft. Breathe out and fold forward, like a jellyfish closing. Breathe in and rise tall, like the jellyfish opening wide. Keep going — open, close, open, close — just like the waves of the sea.
Find a tree (or pretend one is there). Place your hand on the tree and sway gently side to side, as though the tree is rocking you and you are rocking the tree.
Let a sound come out with your breath — a hum, a sigh, or a little song. There is no right or wrong. This is the sound of your wave.
Place your hands on the ground, or over your heart. Whisper: “I give my wave back to the Earth.” The Earth smiles, because she feels your love.
This practice is not about performance or perfection. It is about wonder. Allow your child to move in their own way. If they laugh, giggle, or invent new steps — let them! The Earth hears every sound, every movement, every offering.
Even just a few minutes of Naelura can help children feel grounded, peaceful, and joyful. Many parents also find that joining in brings a deep sense of calm to themselves as well.
💫 You are welcome to download this free practice as a printable gift — to keep in your home, to share with your children, or to bring into circle time in your community.

🌿 The Listening Tree - A Rooting Ritual of Quiet Connection 🌿
For one of the sacred children who walked with quiet light
There are children who carry something timeless—
whose laughter sounds like the Earth remembering her joy.
Te Aroha was one such child.
Though she returned to the stars too soon for us,
her love still lingers, gently guiding, softly singing.
This blessing is shared in her honour,
and for all children who came with light too bright to stay long.
You are remembered. You are still here.

Te Aroha e,
girl of light and mist,
you came like a breath from the maunga,
soft-footed, laughing,
your voice full of sky-song.
You carried love not just in name,
but in the curl of your smile,
in the hush between your words.
You opened something ancient in us—
a doorway,
a remembering.
And though you stepped beyond the veil,
you left a thread of starlight
braided through our hearts.
Now you walk in the winds,
speak in birdsong,
rest in the moss.
You are the whisper when the pūrerehua sings.
You are the glimmer on still water.
You are the hum that stirs our bellies with truth.
Aroha is not gone—
Aroha has become everything.
Haere rā, e kōhine o te maunga,
but not goodbye—
only a bow
to the flame you still are.

There are moments in our journey with the New Earth Children when words feel too small for the depth of love, concern, and wonder we hold in our hearts. In these moments, we can return to the stillness—to the sacred act of presence. This ritual prayer is offered as a tender guide and companion, a weaving of words to help center and bless the space you hold for your child.
You may choose to read it aloud, whisper it in the quiet of night, or hold it in your heart during times of uncertainty or grace. Whether spoken alone or in circle, indoors or beneath the open sky, let it be a gentle remembering: that you are not alone, and that you are walking a sacred path with a soul who remembers the stars.
May this offering meet you where you are, and may its resonance ripple softly through your shared journey.
For Parents, Guardians, and Soul Companions of the New Earth Children
To be spoken aloud, in circle or solitude, or whispered beneath the stars.
We gather in stillness,
in a space between words and winds,
to remember the sacred trust we hold—
as guardians of the children who carry tomorrow’s light.
These children are not ours to shape,
but ours to walk beside.
We do not mold their flame.
We shelter it.
We listen for its language.
We learn from its glow.
May we release the need to fix, to define, or to hurry.
May we open instead to the wild mystery of their being—
sovereign, radiant, and ancient beyond our understanding.
We call in gentleness.
We call in patience.
We call in the whispering trees, the singing wind,
the calm breath of the Earth beneath our feet.
Guide us, Great Spirit of Love,
to see the divinity in their eyes—
even when their path looks different from our own.
Let our hands be steady, our hearts be soft,
our spirits attuned to wonder.
And may the love we offer
be a quiet bridge
between the stars they remember
and the soil that welcomes them home.
So it is.
And so it shall be.
