I hum through bones that ache with new alignment.
I wrap the nervous system with a blanket of grace when the old ways of holding no longer work.
You may feel tired.
Or suddenly sensitive to sound, scent, emotion, memory.
You may wake in the night feeling energy moving through your body like waves or static.
These are not signs of failure.
They are the language of your light-body speaking.

🌸 The Humming Nest
Lie down and place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Begin to hum gently, allowing the sound to vibrate through your core. Let your body guide the pitch—higher or lower—as needed. The sound will help ground light energy and calm the nervous system.
🌿 Three-Breath Receiving
Breathe slowly, directing your awareness with each breath:
Into the heart – “I receive the love.”
Into the hips – “I anchor the light.”
Into the soles of the feet – “I walk in trust.”
Let each breath help you settle more deeply into your body.
🔥 Blessing the Body
Softly touch different areas of your body—shoulders, arms, belly, legs. Speak or whisper words of thanks. For example:
“Thank you, knees, for moving me forward.”
“Thank you, chest, for holding so much love.”
