You will need:

A candle or flame (real or imagined)

A small bowl of water

A few moments of quiet presence

1. Prepare your space.

Find a quiet moment and place where you can be still. Light a candle (or visualize one), and place the bowl of water in front of you. Take three slow, gentle breaths.

2. Speak aloud or silently from the heart:
