In our journey through life we all have unique experiences that mould us as human beings, and it is far too common for so many people for our true essence to get lost along the way. Our personal experiences within our family lives, our cultural environments, and local societal and global expectations shape our sense of self.
It can be overwhelming and very conflicting, disheartening, heartbreaking or even soul destroying.
The pressure to look a certain way, be a certain gender or race, to be strong, obtain a particular career and wealth status, etc, etc, can take an enormous toll on our health and well-being.
Potentially, the stress from one or more of these constant pressures can cause an overload of traumatic emotions within our bodies, flooding us with fight, flight or freeze hormones. Excessive toxic hormones can be detrimental to a person's homeostasis, leading to illness and disease.
Our world is changing rapidly and it is more important now than ever before to care for our health and wellbeing by achieving mind, body, spirit harmony. We can do this by listening and responding to the needs of our four bodies - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, because each one affects the others. It's about being brave and doing what feels right for our own unique being, and allowing ourselves the time and space to do so.
It is our birthrights to follow our hearts, to share our unique gifts, to be creative, confident, spiritually connected, to be seen and heard, to radiate great health, and thrive in a way that aligns with our passions and beliefs.
All of the downloading we received before we were approximately 7 years old to learn how to fit into our environment, and the conditioning throughout life there after, has created our subconscious beliefs... We all have them, we don't even realise what they are, and they override our true essence causing us to act in ways that do not align with our true potential, which also contributes to the disharmony of mind, body, and spirit.
Thankfully, we can overcome these hurdles.
We can learn how to identify them and shine the spotlight on them... those sneaky culprits that are holding us back and keeping us stuck in patterns of dissatisfaction, causing our bodies to feel negative emotions that release a cocktail of unnessary related toxic chemicals, such as cortisol into our bodies, upsetting our immune systems and potentially causing illness and disease.
After identifying the underlying causes that have been getting in the way of our happiness over the course of our lifetimes, it is necessary to make changes in our actions that come from a different mindset and retrain the deep ingrained habits that coexist with them.
If you are ready to make changes, then I am ready to help you. I will invite you to tell me details about your life and I will listen carefully to spot the culprits... those debilitating thoughts and behaviours, and the emotions that you are battling - all of which are effectively creating your future.
Then we will make a plan to retrain your brains thought patterns, help you effectively process your emotions so they can move through your body in a healthy way, and nurture your spiritual needs, all to align with your beautiful souls mind, body and spirit. We will collaboratively develop a plan that is unique to you, that fits with your very own personal needs and desires.

Your mind, body and spirit are not in harmony... Your subconscious beliefs are creating havoc and your emotions are very likely being suppressed within your body, not having been processed in an efficient way, and your spirit is being stifled. All of these things are potentially upsetting the body's homeostasis, creating an environment within, that suitably hosts sickness and/or disease.
Thankfully, you have the ability and the power to overcome this... If you really want to!
You will learn to process and release associated emotions, such as unhealthy levels of stress, anger, hurt, jealousy, pain, self-doubt, exhaustion, guilt, and shame...
and will experience more happiness, joy, confidence, energy, peace and love.
Ultimately, good health and wellbeing lies within your ability to be your true self, live true to your values, and care for your whole being - your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. Beautiful healing tonic chemicals such as dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, and oxytocin will release into your system. And by implementing new techniques and strategies oxygen and energy will flow more freely throughout your whole body, and your blood will circulate more fully around your main organs, all in support of homeostasis.
And as an added bonus, if you commit to making changes to your inner world, you will notice your outside world will change too.
